There are many reasons why frozen foods are better for you than canned. Canned foods can lose half of their vitamins and phytonutrients during storage or cooking. Canned foods are also injected with weird preservative chemicals to make them last longer. We use a process called flash-freezing, which is freezing foods at very low temperatures with cold, circulating air. This is a much healthier way to lock in nutrients at the peak of freshness without adding any preservatives.
